Summertime visit to the beach

This is a fabulous mini yoga lesson for Summertime. Warm-up with a salute to the sun, strengthen your legs as you turn your yoga mat into a surfboard and go surfing or spout like a  dolphin!  Have fun, get strong and then find some quiet time afterwards.  Happy summer everyone.
